2026 Summer Squash Campetition

Always looking for some extra squash for our 2026 competitions.

Bega Squash will be hosting i(n liaison with NSW Squash ) a Squash Stars Holiday Camp on 17 January at the Bega Country Club Squash Courts.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED - our Club can provide racquets, and protective eyewear, kids just need to wear comfortable cool clothing and non-marking sports shoes.



• Our first local tournament for 2026 is the Snowy Mountains Open in Jindabyne 7 and 8 February 26, $40 to enter or $70 including tournament Dinner

• Session 1: Completed
• Session 2 : Tuesdays 6 January to 3 February
• Learn Correct Racquet technique, footwork, court movement
• Open to all Bega Senior comp Players

• There will be a two week break in our Winter Competition while the Championships are held.

Three senior squash competitions are held each year:

Autumn (February)  |  Winter (June)  |  Spring (September)

Rounds are played Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with a junior competition held on Friday night.

Competition Fees are currently $75.00 per competition and Squash Club membership is paid yearly.

Comp fees cover court hire for the competition including finals matches, the club provides balls and scoresheets, however you will need your own racquet. Membership covers administration costs. You are responsible for your own sports insurance.

Fees are payable during the first week of each comp. The Treasurer will be at the courts each night of the first week of each competition and fees must be finalised prior to taking the court in Week 2. You may need to pay your fees to a Committee person if the Treasurer is absent.
